摘要
以武钢三炼钢转炉和RH精炼炉为研究对象,通过对转炉和RH炉运行机制的研究,以及相关主蒸汽系统的分析,给出了蒸汽系统和RH供汽系统设计方案及控制要求,通过设置调压阀组、汽水分离器、分汽缸及相关检测仪表等设施,实现了转炉余热蒸汽在RH真空装置中简单有效地利用。相比于现有的燃气加热方案,系统更节能,蒸汽供应更稳定,切实降低了转炉炼钢厂的蒸汽放散率和过热蒸汽的消耗率,为转炉余热蒸汽的高效利用提供新的思路。
Take the converter and RH refining furnace of No. 3 steelmaking plant of WISCO as the research object, through the research on the operating mechanism of converter and RH furnace, and the analysis of the main steam system, the scheme and control requirements of main stream system and RH steam supply system were presented. By setting the pressure regulating valve group, the steam water separator, the sub cylinder and related testing instruments and other facilities, the simple and effective use of the converter waste heat steam in RH vacuum device is realized. Compared with the existing gas heating scheme, the system was more energy efficient, and the steam supply was more stable, could reduce the steam loss rate and steam consumption rate of converter steelmaking plant, It provided a new idea and theoretical guidance for the efficient utilization of waste heat steam of converter.
