摘要
对新钢9号高炉热风炉的物料平衡和热平衡进行了计算,解析了其热量利用效率情况,进而定量分析了空气预热温度、煤气预热温度、空燃比和煤气中CO含量变化对拱顶温度及煤气利用的影响,并结合实际生产进行了分析。
The material and thermal balance was calculated and the heat utilization efficiency was analyzed for hot stove of xingang No. 9 blast furnace. Then the effects of different factors, including air temperature, gas temperature, air - fuel ratio and CO content of gas on dome temperature and gas consumption were researched. In addition, the actual production data was used to further discussion.
