摘要
铸造AZ31B镁合金400 mm×1 200 mm扁锭时,扁锭易产生冷隔。其主要原因是铸造系统的气路压力不稳,导致结晶器内镁合金液面忽高忽低。通过增加气动定值器与镁液分流器杠杆,可以保持结晶器内镁合金液面的高度稳定,从而减少扁锭的冷隔,使其成品率大大提高。
When 400 mm × 1 200 mm slabs of AZ31B Mg alloy are cast, cold shuts are lia- ble to appear. The pressure in the air channel of the cast system is not stable, so the Mg-al- loy metal level fluctuates in the mold, which becomes the main reason for cold shuts. A pneumatic setter and a divider lever for Mg melt can be added to keep the metal level stable, reduce cold shuts and increase the rate of finished products.
