摘要
对一种汽轮机零部件用12%Cr型耐热钢粗晶方钢进行了粗晶细化热处理工艺研究,用试验电炉对粗晶方钢分别进行了1 040℃×4 h退火、1 040℃×2 h退火、1 040℃×4 h正火、1 040℃×2 h正火热处理,并检查了金相组织和晶粒度。结果表明,该钢经过上述热处理后,晶粒度得到明显的细化,宏观粗晶可转变成4级以上水平。其中,1 040℃×4 h退火的热处理工艺最佳,宏观粗晶可转变成6级。
The heat treatment process for coarse grain refining of 12% Cr heat resisting coarse grain square steel used for steam turbine component has been reseached. 1 040℃ ×4 h annealing, 1 040℃×2 h annealing, 1 040℃ × 4 h normalizing and 1 040℃× 2 h normalizing have been performed for coarse grain square steel in testing electric furnace. The results show that After the heat treatment, the grain size of the steel can be refined obviously, and the macroscopic coarse grain size can be changed into level 4 and above. 1 040℃ × 4 h annealing is the best heat treatment process, and the macroscopic coarse grain size can be changed into level 6.
