摘要
锂离子电池在生产生活中应用越来越广泛,由于目前电池技术的限制,单节电池达不到煤矿电机车的需求,因此需将多节电池串联成电池组,因单体电池的差异性,需要设计一个高效的电池管理系统,而关键技术是SOC估算。针对矿用这个特殊的环境,根据矿用电机车动力电池组的需求,提出了将安时积分法和开路电压法相结合的估算策略。由于锂电池的性能受多种环境因素的影响,其中最主要的是温度因素,因此在估算策略中加入了温度修正,更加准确地进行SOC估算。
Lithium ion batteries in the production and life were used more and more widely, because currently limits of battery technology, single battery could not meet the demand for motor vehicle in coal mine, and therefore needed to multiple batteries connected in series into a battery, because of the difference of single battery and needed to design an efficient battery management system, and the key technology was SOC estimation. In view of the special environment of mine, according to demand of mine electric locomotive power battery group proposed ah integration method and the open circuit voltage method, the estimation strategy was combined. Because the performance of the lithium battery was influenced by many kinds of environmental factors, the most important one was the temperature factor, so the temperature correction was added in the estimation method, and the SOC estimation was more accurate.
