摘要
将短支链全氟磺酸膜(SSC-PEM)用于质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)。这种膜对高温低湿(90℃,50%RH)环境具有良好的适应性。这样的设计使电池可以适应高温低湿的环境,进而简化加湿器和温控系统的设计,对燃料电池应用于汽车十分有利。对这样的单电池进行了250 h的车载城市工况循环测试,其中包括三次使用了低湿度气体的重启。之后的20 h则进行了频繁的启停实验。实验后,进行了气体扩散层的接触角测量和催化剂的透射电镜扫描。
Short side chain (SSC) proton exchange membrane (PEM) was used in a single PEMFC. This membrane had good adaptability to higher temperature and lower humidity (90 ~C, 50%RH). This was beneficial to the fuel cell' s adapting to driving cycle testing. Then a single fuel cell with the above components was tested under accelerated degradation protocols for 250 h, including restarting for 3 times supplied with relatively dryer gas, then the single cell was set to frequent start/stop cycles for 20 h. After that, the contact angle change was measured for gas diffusion layers (GDLs), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was carried out for catalyst characterization.
