基于植物色素染料敏化太阳电池的制备

摘要 对基于不同种类植物色素的染料敏化太阳电池进行了制备与性能研究。首先从华中地区常见的12种植物的花和叶中提取色素,然后用以敏化二氧化钛电极,并用紫外-可见吸收光谱仪对其吸收特性进行测量与分析,最后进一步组装了染料敏化电池器件,对器件光电性能进行了表征。研究发现,这些色素对可见光具有良好的吸收,植物色素染料敏化的电池中,红花夹竹桃叶子染料敏化电池的光电转换效率最高,达到了2.62%。同时也对两种植物色素协同敏化的电池器件特性进行了探究。 This thesis mainly focused on preparation and studies of dye sensitized solar cells based on phytochrome of different kinds. Firstly, phytochrome was extracted from the blossom and leaves of 12 plants in central China. Then the phytochrome was utilized to sensitize the titanium dioxide photoelectrode and the absorption spectrum was recorded with a UV-vis absorption spectrometer. Thirdly, phytochrome sensitized solar cells were assembled and characterized. It was found that phytochrome had good absorption in the visible region. Among the phytochrome sensitized solar cells, the nerium odorum blossom sensitized one obtained the highest energy conversion efficiency of 2.62%. And the characteristics of two kinds of cell device with the co- sensitization of plant pigment were also studied.
