摘要
针对电石法聚氯乙烯生产工艺,结合实际生产经验,分别从低汞触媒活化、混合气体指标要求、混合气体摩尔比、乙炔空间流速、转化器温度与前后台转化器配比等方面分析了低汞触媒使用工艺条件,并对使用过程中出现的问题提出了相应的解决措施。
According to the production process of calcium carbide based PVC, and combining with actual production experience, the process operation conditions of low-level mercury catalysts were analyzed respectively from the acpects of catalyst activation, index requirements and mole ratio of mixed gas, acetylene space velocity, converter temperature, and ratio of first-stage and second-stage converter. The corresponding solutions to the problems occurred in operation were proposed.
