Discussion on the process routine of producing sodium hypochlorite from wet chlorine and using the obtained solution to produce hydrazine hydrate

根据实际运行情况,分析了直接用湿氯气生产的次氯酸钠合成水合肼工艺路线的优势和弊端。认为这种方法不可取。

The advantages and disadvantages of the process route, directly using wet chlorine as raw material to prepare sodium chlorite which was subsequently used to produce hydrazine hydrate, were ana- lyzed on the basis of actual operation conditions. The process route was found to be inadvisable.
