摘要
针对煤矿巷网火灾救灾困难与伤亡惨重的现状,根据矿井巷网火灾发生发展特点,研究分析了矿井火灾烟流在风网结构中的运移规律。确定了在进回风巷之间的关键联络巷内设置可远程控制的闭锁风门,在胶带巷和轨道巷之间的关键联络巷内设置可远程控制的常开风门;一旦发生火灾,运用地面监控中心站调控火灾烟流控制系统,远程控制常开风门立即关闭,切断胶带巷和轨道巷之间的进风;远程控制常闭状态的救灾门立即打开,将火灾烟气直接导入回风巷;由被动抗灾转为主动救灾,为灭火撤人创造良好的环境。矿井火灾远程应急系统现场应用效果良好,能够有效保障生产工人的生命安全。
In accordance with the present situation of coal mine roadway network fire disaster relief difficulties and the heavy casualties, according to the development characteristic of fire in mine roadways, the authors studied and analyzed migration rule of the mine fire smoke flow in the structure of the air flow net. It was determined that installing the atresia damper in key cross-heading between return airway and intake airflow roadway, and installing normally open air door can be remote controlled between belt roadway and rail road- way. When disasters occur, the ground monitoring center can remote control the system of fire smoke flow. Then the air door immediately shut down, and cut off the intake between the belt roadway and rail roadway. And the disaster relief door immediately opened the door, import the toxic or harmful gases directly into return airway. All this can transform the passive disaster rescue to active rescue, and can create a good environment for extinguishing the fire. The fire remote emergency rescue system was successfully used in the coal mine, and the miners 'safety can be ensured in the underground coal mine.
