综放面过断层慢速推进时的防火技术实践 被引量:1

摘要 耿村煤矿所采2-3煤为易自燃特厚煤层,2-3煤12220综放工作面过F16断层期间,月推进度18m左右。在推进速度较慢、顶板破碎并经常冒顶的情况下,必须采取综合防范措施,防止采空区遗煤不发生自然发火,以保证工作面安全回采。通过分析采空区煤炭自然发火的主要影响因素,采取针对性措施如监测预警、采空区堵漏控氧、注氮减氧、注浆注浆湿润煤体(高抽巷注浆、工作面上下隅角外施工防火工程注浆、进回风巷每30 m钻场施工防火深孔注浆)方式以消除发火隐患。结果显示,治理效果良好,直至推过断层,采空区遗煤未发生自燃现象,工作面安全顺利平稳推进。 The 2-3 coal seam of Gengcun Coal Mine is extremely thick and easily spontaneous combustion coal seam, in the process of 12220 fully-mechanized caving face in 2-3 coal seam passing through F16 fault, the advancing speed is t8 meters per month. It should take comprehensive control method in the conditions of slow advancing speed and fractured roof and frequent roof fall, so as to prevent the coal spontaneous combustion in gob and ensure the safe coal winning on workittg face. Through analysing the main influencing fac- tors of coal spontaneous combustion in gob, aimed countermeasures were carried out, including monitoring and early warning of goal, control oxygen by plugging in goal, and nitrogen injection for reducing oxygen, grouting for wetting coal( high drainage roadway grouting, grouting outside the upper and low corners on working face, grouting by using deep holes constructed in air roadways with the space of 30 m), to eliminate fire hazards. Resuhs show that, the control effect is good, until the fault has been passed, there does not exist left coal spontaneous combustion in goal,and has realized the safe and smooth advancing of working face.
