摘要
在对"两堵一注"瓦斯封孔原理深入剖析的基础上,结合盘江矿区"两堵一注"瓦斯封孔工艺使用过程中存在的问题,提出以充分掌握钻孔裂隙发育情况为前提,加强"两堵"、"一注"材料特性研究并充分利用2种材料的封堵特性,与此同时加强"一注"工艺参数的研究,并及时对封孔效果进行考察,不断完善"两堵一注"封孔工艺及参数是解决现有"两堵一注"瓦斯封孔工艺封孔质量差、封孔成本高的有效途径。
Through in-depth analysis of the "two sealing and one grouting" gas sealing principle, and combined with the problems of u- sing "two sealing and one grouting" gas hole sealing technology in Panjiang mining area,based on fully grasp the development of bore- hole fracture, Strengthen the material properties research of "two sealing" and "one grouting" and fully utilize the sealing characteris- tics. At the same time, strengthen the process parameters research of "one grouting", timely investigate the sealing effect, and constantly improve the process and parameters of "two sealing and one grouting", lis the effective way to solve the existing problem which is poor quality,high cost of "two sealing and one grouting" gas sealing process.
