摘要
软岩巷道围岩强度低,破碎范围大,巷修周期短,严重影响矿井正常生产。采用锚网喷一次支护和锚注一体化二次支护相结合技术方案,在扩修后锚网喷支护基础上,对破碎软弱围岩进行注浆改性增强治理,采用的高强度注浆锚杆、锚索既作为支护材料,又作为注浆通道,将浅部注浆与深部注浆强化为一体,提高了围岩的自承能力。通过对锚注一体化支护技术机理的分析,结合对锚注一体化支护施工工艺和注浆技术要求试验对比,总结了锚注一体化支护技术经验和取得的成果。经锚注一体化支护1年后,巷道两帮和顶底板未出现明显变形,围岩深部离层得到了有效控制,其支护效果良好。
The weak rock and large broken zone and short repair cycle of soft rock roadway seriously affect the normal production of mine. In this paper, based on bolt support and guniting with wire mesh after enlarge repair, a combination scheme of bolt mesh guniting and bolting-grouting integration was used, the relevant characteristics of soft and fractured surrounding rock was improved by grouting. Hollow grouting bolt with high strength and hollow grouting cable are both supporting materials and grouting channels, shallow and deep grouting are combined as a whole, to improve self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock. Based on analysis of the bolting-grouting integra- tion mechanism and site tests and comparison with construction and grouting technology, the experience and achievement were summa- rized. One year after supporting with bolting-grouting integration, the two sides, roof and floor of soft rock roadway are not destroyed obvi- ously, the deep displacement of surrounding rock is controlled effectively, the supporting effect is good.
