摘要 课程领导是学校课程领域的一个重要课题,基于课程领导的向度,学校要通过课程规划落实课程理念和提升课程质量。明确的课程政策、平等的组织对话、先进的教育变革理论、规整的办学条件、长远的学校愿景、完善的课程理论等奠定了学校课程规划的基础。详细的方案设计、完整的组织体系、长远的课程愿景展现了学校课程规划的向度。内生模式、外引模式、分化模式构成了学校课程规划模式的典型体系。在有效发挥学校课程领导力的前提下,推进学校课程规划的落实,将有利于学校课程领导权利的合理展现与分配,调适课程与学校现状之间的不协调关系,促进学校课程理想与现实的不断融合。 Curriculum leadership is an important subject in the field of school curriculum. Based on the curriculum leadership, the schools plan to carry out the concept and improve the quality of courses. Clear curriculum policy of the organization, equal dialogue, advanced education theory of change, well-organized vision, far-reaching school outlook, and perfect curriculum theory laid the foundation of the school curriculum planning. Detailed design, complete organization system, long-term vision showed the direction of school curriculum planning. The endogenous model, model of extension, differentiation of school curriculum planning model constitute a typical system. Under the premise of effective play in the school curriculum leadership, promotion of the implementation of the school curriculum planning will be conducive to the rights of the school curriculum leadership. Adjustment of the harmonious relations between the course and the present condition of the school can promote the school curriculum ideal and the reality fusion constandy.
