香港反家庭暴力服务的整合运作与启示

The Integrative Operation and Enlightenment of Hong Kong Anti-domestic Violence Service

反家庭暴力服务在近年来越来越得到重视,国家相继出台了相关的法律制度,社会服务界也在困境中积极探索执行。香港社会工作在反家暴专项服务中的理念,运作框架,及其具体的服务技巧,对大陆专项服务进一步发展有借鉴价值。文章首先介绍反家庭暴力专项服务在香港的三大服务手法——预防、支持、介入,广泛涉及跨界别跨专业的服务模式。其次谈到香港服务模式在家庭内和社交二大系统中的运作启示,最后从中找到不同服务目标驱使下社会工作者的角色定位——倡导者和协调者。

Anti-domestic violence services get more and more attention in recent years. It has been issued the relevant legal system, and the social services also actively explore the solution in trouble. This thesis hopes to target the ideas of social work in Hong Kong in the domestic abuse special service, portrays the operating framework, grasp its specific service skills, in order to promote China special service further development. The thesis is divided into three parts： firstly it introduced the special service in Hong Kong in three service technique ： prevention, support, involvement, to summarize it＇ s across different sectors of the professional service mode ; Secondly it deals with Hong Kong service mode in the system operation, both inside and outside the family. Finally, it finds the two different roles of service goal driven by social workers; advocator and coordinator.
