Study on the Organizational of Family Farm in China

本文在阐释家庭农场内涵基础上,对比了家庭农场组织形式的地方做法,分析了家庭农场采用个体工商户、个人独资企业、合伙企业、公司和农业生产合作社等不同组织形式的合理性与不足之处,我国家庭农场可采用"家庭合伙"这一组织形式,既能够最大限度集中人财物,又有助于家庭农场规模化生产经营,从而促进家庭农场快速发展。

Which influences our understanding and understanding of the subject. In this dissertation, based on the connotation of family farms, the thesis compared the family farm organization of local practice, and analyzed the rationality and shortcoming of family farms by individual industrial and commercial households, individual proprietorship, partnership, company and agricultural production cooperatives and other different forms of organization. Family farms in China can adopt the organizational form of family partnership, which can not only maximize the concentration of people and property, but also contribute to the large-scale production and operation of family farms, so as to promote the rapid development of family farms.
