摘要
当前我国已进入新旧人口红利交替时代,新生代农民工作为新人口红利的主要替换对象,其职业教育培训的情况将直接影响新旧人口红利的交替及人的城镇化的实现。研究采用问卷调查、访谈等方法对珠三角4市1236名新生代农民工抽样数据,统计结果显示:珠三角新生代农民工参与度低但参与意愿强烈之间、职业教育培训形式传统、实际教育培训导向与培训需求不匹配等问题;受教育水平、工作类型、经济水平、子女等因素对新生代农民工职业培训参与决策有显著影响。
In the era that the old and new population bonus are alternatrig, the new generation of migrant workers become the main power during this background. The career training for the new generation of migrant workers will directly affect the realization of the alteration between old and new population bonus. Taking 1236 sample of 4 cities from the Pearl River Delta, by using questionnaire and interviews, this research statistical results showed that the career training of the new generation of migrant workers is trapped in the swamp of the low participation rate, the disparity between the actual effect of training and career requirement, the inconsistency between training orientation and demand, the unreasonable training structure, etc. Education level, type of work, the economic level, children and other factors have a significant influence on the new generation of migrant workers occupation training participation in decision making.
