伪满时期第三军管区伪军及其活动述略

Brief Account for Puppet Armies and Their Activities of the Third Military Control Area during the Period of the Puppet Manchukuo

伪满洲国建立后,在关东军的操纵下建立了伪满洲国军,以辅助对东北地区的殖民统治。关东军是日本对东北实施殖民统治的主导力量;伪满洲国军则是日本维护和实施殖民统治的主要力量。1934年7月,伪满洲国实施军政改革,实行伪军管区制,伪黑龙江省警备军司令部改编成伪第三军管区司令部,司令部驻齐齐哈尔,辖伪龙江、黑河两省。为了使第三军管区内的伪军更好的担负起维持地方治安并配合其讨伐抗日联军之责,关东军对第三军管区的伪军的兵力及其建制不断进行调整,使其成为日本"以华制华"政策的主要力量之一。从伪满第三军管区成立直到灭亡,其所辖伪军多次参与对东北抗联的进攻;参与日本在华北地区的军事活动;参与了诺门罕战事。第三军管区伪军的罪行,阻碍了齐齐哈尔地区抗日力量的发展壮大,给民众带来了沉重的灾难。

After the establishment of puppet Manchukuo, the puppet Manchuria military was set up under the control of the Kwantung Army to assist the colonial rule to the Northeast China. In July 1934, the puppet Manchukuo began to implement the puppet military control area regime, and the headquarters of puppet Heilongjiang Province guardian army, which located in Qiqihar, was rearranged into the puppet third military control area. The Kwantung Army continuously adjusted the forces and the organizational system of the puppet army of the third military control area, enabling it to he one of the main powers to realize the policy of ＂using Chinese to subdue Chinese＂. The puppet armies of the third military control area participated in the attack to Northeast Anti-Japanese united forces many times, cooperated with Japan＇s military activities in North China, and attended the Nomonhan Incident. Activities of the puppet armies of the third military control area seriously restricted the development and expansion of the Anti-Japanese forces in Qiqihar area, and brought a crushing calamity to the local people.
