英语中的省音对小学生单词拼写的影响及对策

Analysis of Elision＇s Effects on Primary School Students＇ Spelling and Suggestions

省音是英语中常见的单词中一个或者几个音消失的一种现象。现阶段小学生在英语拼写中错误层出不穷，而英语中的省音是小学生拼写错误出现的重要原因。本文通过对小学生进行拼写测试从语音角度分析单词中的省音对拼写造成的影响，并据此提出针对省音单词的教学和记忆策略，帮助师生提高对此类词的语音意识，从而减少或避免学生在拼写时因单词中的省音而出现错误。

Elision is a kind of phenomenon that one or several letters in a word are not pronounced. There are a lot of spelling mistakes remaining among primary school students, and it＇s safe to say that the emerging of elision is one of the major causes of such situation. This thesis will analyze the great effects from the aspect of phonetics which elision has on primary school students＇ English spelling through a spelling test. Then according to the results of research, some suggestions about teaching and learning words containing elision will be given, thus to help teachers and students pay more attention to this kind of words and reduce or even avoid some mistakes in their future spelling.
