医疗设备综合管理系统的自主开发及全流程管理控制的实施

Independent research and development of the integrated management system and the implementation of the whole process control for medical equipment

目的:实现医疗设备综合管理系统的自主开发以及对医疗设备进行全流程管理控制。方法:以医院现有局域网为现实基础,运用先进的数据库应用和条形码管理等各种技术,构建出一个模块化和网络化的综合管理系统结构。结果:自主开发的综合管理系统能够将医院的设备有偿使用和设备保养维修方面的管理、信息档案的管理及成本核算方面的管理工作有机地整合在一起,满足医院对医疗设备综合管理的需要,加大向数字化医院迈进的步伐。结论:医疗设备综合管理系统的开发和全流程管理控制的应用极大优化了医院的工作效率,使医疗设备的管理工作变得更加科学合理。

Objective： To realize the whole process management and independent research and development of the integrated management system for medical equipment in our hospital.Methods： To construct a modular and network integrated management system structure based on the realistic foundation of existing LAN in our hospital by using all kinds of technology, such as,advanced database application and bar code management. Results： The integrated management system of medical equipment has organically integrated a series management contents, suchas hospital equipment rental and maintenance, information file, cost accounting and other works, in order to satisfy this requirement of integrated management for medical equipment and step up development forward digital hospital. Conclusion： The development and application of integrated management system of medical equipment and whole process control greatly optimize the work efficiency of our hospital, so that the management for medical equipment has been more scientific and reasonable.
