摘要
文章对CRH3型动车组CWGB380型齿轮箱的箱体、齿轮、C型支架及润滑和密封系统的设计,以及轴承的选用进行了详细阐述,并对相关零部件进行仿真分析,完成了高速动车组齿轮箱的样机研制和型式试验验证工作。
This article expounds detailedly the design of CWGB380 gearbox for CRH3 EMU, including the design of the box, gear, C-type support, lubrication and sealing system, and the selection of bearings. The simulation analysis about the components has been done. The model gearbox has been manufactured and the type test has been finished.
