摘要
以铰接式动车组为计算模型,详细阐述了铰接式轨道车辆轴重、轮重的计算方法和过程。首先计算出转向架上部车辆的质量和重心。其次根据单节车加载在转向架上的力情况建立计算模型,计算出加载在不同转向架二系簧上的力。然后以单个转向架为计算模型,考虑转向架所有的受力情况,计算出每个转向架的轴重。最后根据轴重和车辆重心分布情况计算出轮重。本方法简单可靠,适用于单铰和多铰动车组或其他轨道车辆的轴重、轮重分布计算,能够为整车结构设计、调试和检修维护提供较为精确的理论参考。
This paper presents the calculation method and process of axle load and wheel load for rail articulated vehicle in detail by using EMUs as the calculation model. Firstly, the weight and center of gravity of vehicle upper the bogie are calculated. Secondly, to calculate the force of each second series spring of every bogie according to different forces of each car on the bogie. Then calculate the axle load by use one bogie as the calculation model and consider all load conditions. Finally, achieved the wheel weight according to the distribution of axle load and vehicle gravity. This method can apply to axle load and wheel weight calculation for EMUs or other rail articulated vehicle since it's simple and reliable. It can provide accurate theoretical reference for vehicle design and equipment layout.
