TSI PRM新旧法规轮椅区要求的对比分析

Comparison analysis on wheelchair space requirements between the old and new regulation of TSI PRM

欧盟铁路局在行动不便人士方面出具了相应的法规,简称为TSI PRM。随着技术进步、市场发展趋势以及社会的要求,欧盟铁路局在2014年11月18日发布了新的法规RU 1300/2014替代旧法规2008/164/EC。在技术内容上,新法规与旧法规的要求发生了较大改变,原有的设计也将随新的要求进行改变。轮椅区是车辆设计场景中必须包含部分,且是影响整体设计布局的重要的一部分。文章对比分析轮椅区技术要求在新、旧法规中的差异,以使车辆设计人员掌握这些差异,并在产品研制过程中予以运用。

The European Railway Agency issued the corresponding regulation for persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility, which can be abbreviated as TSI PRM. With the technical progress, market trends and social requirements, the European Railway Agency issued a new regulation 1300/2014 on November 18th 2014, instead of the old regulation 2008/164/EC. In the technical content, the requirements in the new regulation and the old regulation have a larger change, and the original design will also be changed with the new requirements. The wheelchair space is an important part of the vehicle design scene, and it is an important part of the overall design layout. This paper concludes and analysis the difference of wheelchair space requirements between the old and new regulation, in order to promote the vehicle designers to grasp the difference, and put into used in the process of product development.
