Build Credibility to Propel Self-regulation of Plant Engineering Consulting Industry

为适应中央和国务院深化体制机制改革、简政放权的新形势,规范设备监理行业自律规范管理,中国设备监理协会积极探索建立设备监理行业自律管理制度。本文主要论述了协会推进设备监理行业自律工作情况,介绍了行业管理规范实施、人员登记管理,提出了工作中需要解决的问题,结合问题,对改进相关工作规则和程序,提出了意见和建议。

The Chinese central government is deepening the reform of administrative system and mechanism,streamlining administration and delegating more power to the lower levels.To meet the needs of the new situation,China Association of Plant Engineering Consultants（CAPEC） has made great efforts to develop proper self-regulation system for the industry and thus issued the Code of Self-regulated Conduct for Plant Engineering Consulting Industry（abbr.as Code）.In this article,the author introduces how CAPEC promotes the establishment of self-regulation system,the implementation of the Code and the management of individual professional registration.Common problems are listed.Based on those problems,rules for registration and verification are changed,and application procedure is improved.The author also puts forward inputs and suggestions for the future work.
