摘要
基于"一带一路"战略特点,分析设备监理面临的形势与任务,论述项目群管理、组合管理与战略管理等现代项目管理方法,提出全面项目集成管理理论方法论。
Based on the strategy of One Belt and One Road,this paper analyzes the situation and mission in front of the plant engineering consultants.The author discusses the modern project management approaches such as the program management,project portfolio management and project strategic management.A methodology of overall project integrated management is accordingly put forward.
