Develop Consortium Standards to Promote Healthy Growth of Plant Engineering Consulting Industry

当前,国家正在积极推进标准化工作改革。培育发展团体标准,是发挥市场在标准化资源配置中的决定性作用、加快构建国家新型标准体系的重要举措。为促进设备监理团体标准化工作健康有序发展,中国设备监理协会印发了《中国设备监理协会团体标准管理办法》,成立了第一届团体标准审查委员会,负责团体标准的立项审批和标准审定。本文旨在鼓励设备监理单位积极参与团体标准制定工作,为促进设备监理行业市场的健康发展共同努力。

The State is furthering the Standardization Reforms at present.Fostering the development of consortium standards is an important measure to have the market play the decisive role in resource allocation in terms of standardization and speed up the construction of a new National Standardization System.In order to promote healthy and orderly development of the standardization work for consortium standards,CAPEC issued the Consortium Standards Management for Plant Engineering Consulting Industry and set up the first session of Consortium Standards Review Committee responsible for approving the application for a consortium standard and examining the standards.The article aims to encourage more plant consulting engineering firms to participate in making consortium standards to contribute to the healthy development of the industry.
