摘要
近年来,随着国家"一带一路"战略的推广,国内石化建设行业与中亚地区的相互合作越来越趋于常态化。本文通过介绍华陆巴基斯坦国家炼油升级项目设备监理服务过程中遇到的问题及解决方法,阐述了设备监理行业在"一带一路"基础能源化工建设中所发挥的重要保障作用。
In recent years,with the promotion of ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategic,Chinese petrochemical industry construction carried out in the Central Asian region tends to be normalized.By introducing the chemical equipment supervision services and problem-sovling methods in Pakistan ISBL Upgradation Project,this article expounds the equipment supervision promoting effect for the basic energy and chemical industry construction in the ＂The Belt and Road＂.
