上海市部分居民就诊后药品剩余成因探究

目的了解上海市居民药品使用和剩余现状及其影响因素,以提出减少药品浪费的措施。方法对上海市部分居民在就诊和治疗后出现的药品剩余现象及成因进行问卷调查,并使用SPSS数据统计软件进行分析。结果上海市部分居民家庭药品剩余比较严重,其中个人背景、药品类型、药品包装、用药习惯等因素对剩余药品的数量有较大影响。结论居民家庭中的剩余药品问题应该受到社会关注。在看病贵、看病难的表象下,探究有效解决家庭药品剩余问题的措施具有一定的现实意义。

Objective To understand the present situation and influencing factors of drug use and residue of Shanghai residents, and put forward the measures to reduce the drug waste.. Method The questionnaire survey was conducted on the drug residue of some residents in Shanghai after the diagnosis and treatment and the causes, and SPSS statistical software was used for the analysis. Results Some resident families in Shanghai have a lot of residual drugs. The personal background, the type of drug, the package of drug, habits of drug use and other factors have great influence on the amount of residual drugs. Conclusion The drug residue in resident families should be paid attention to be the society. Under the background of high cost of getting medical treatment and the difficulty of getting medical service, exploring the effective measures to solve the problem of drug residue of families has a certain practical significance.
