中国特色社会主义政治经济学的生态文明观是指导和协调人与自然关系的世界观和方法论,深入阐释其产生、演进与时代内涵有助于加快推进我国生态文明建设,促进中国化的马克思主义政治经济学的创新发展。以中国特色社会主义政治经济学的理论建设为主线,阐释其生态文明观的产生和演进的理论逻辑,探索人与自然、社会的关系和谐统一的实践历程。立足党的十八大以来党中央治国理政的新思想新理念新战略,阐述生态文明观的根本立场、价值取向、基本方向以及直接动力、现实路径和内在要求、战略抓手、根本手段等时代内涵。

The ecological civilization view of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics is the world outlook and methodology to guide and coordinate the relationship between man and nature. To interpret thoroughly its generation, evolution and epoch connotation is helpful for us to speed up the construction of ecological civilization in China and to promote the innovation and development of Marxist political economics with Chinese characteristics. Taking the theoretical construction of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics as the main line, this paper tries to interpret the theoretieal logic of the generation and evolution of the ecological civilization view, and to explore the practice course of the harmonious and unified relationship between man and nature and society. Based on the new concepts, new ideas and new strategy of governing the country put forward by the Party Central Committee since 18th National Congress of CPC, it interprets the epoch connotations of the ecological civilization view, such as the cardinal standpoint, the value orientation, the basic orientation and direct power, the realistic path and intrinsic requirements, the strategic knob, the fundamental means, and so on.
