摘要
"民以食为天,食以安为先"。农产品质量安全是我国政府十分关注的重大民生问题。本文通过分析我国农产品质量安全现状中趋好方面和现在仍然存在的典型的质量安全事件,剖析出产生农产品质量安全的5个原因,即监管缺失、农业投入品管理不严、体系不健全、生产者和经营者素质问题、消费者的消费氛围不佳。并针对上述原因,提出提高农产品质量安全的对策。
As a proverb says ″Food is prior for people,and safety goes first on food″.The quality safe of agricultural products is always the most significant concern on livelihood issue of Chinese government.This article analyzed 5 reasons about defect on quality safe of agricultural products through analyzing the good-tendency and the typical still-existing quality safe incidents of domestic agricultural products ′ quality safe,which were deficiency in supervising,non-rigorousness on agricultural input regulating,non-soundness of system,low quality of participants,bad atmosphere of consumption.Furthermore,the article come up with countermeasures that could improve the quality safe right based on these 5 reasons.
