经尿道等离子剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床观察

Clinical observation of transurethral plasma kinetic enucleation of prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的:观察经尿道等离子剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法:随机选择采用经尿道等离子剜除术进行治疗的良性前列腺增生患者208例作为观察组,选择同期行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生患者198例作为对照组,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组住院时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症等均优于对照组(P<0.05),且术后观察组生活质量评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用尿道等离子剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果好,患者术后康复快、并发症少,术后生活质量好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To evaluate the clinical effect of the plasma kinetic enucleation of prostate （PKEP） in treatment of benign prostatic hyper- plasia. Methods：208 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by PKEP from January 2009 to March 2015 were chosen at random as the observa- tion group. Meanwhile, 198 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral resection of prostate were chosen as the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Result：The hospital stay, the operating time, the amount of bleeding during opera- tion and complications after operation in the observation group were improved compared with those of the control group. The grade of life quality of the observation group was （ 1.01 ± 0.39 ） while the control group was （2.17 ± 0.66 ）, with the difference statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion ： The application of PKEP in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is effective with rapid postoperative rehabilitation, less complications and good quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
