参麦注射液联合尿激酶对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的影响

Effect of Shenmai injection combined with urokinase on patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

目的:分析参麦注射液联合尿激酶对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的影响。方法:选取心内科160例急性心肌梗死患者,均经心电图检查显示ST段抬高弓背向上;将160例患者按治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组各80例,对照组患者采取心肌梗死常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用参麦注射液进行治疗,观察两组患者心功能情况与临床症状缓解程度。结果:治疗前两组患者各项心功能指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者情况均有所好转,但观察组指标好转均优于对照组,且ST段抬高、心率失常、死亡情况均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用参麦注射液联合尿激酶对治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者具有一定意义,可促进患者心功能恢复,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the effects of Shenmai injection combined with urokinase on acute ST - segment elevation myocardial infarc- tion （MI）. Methods： 160 patients with acute MI who were hospitalized from January 2010 to June 2016 detected ST -segment elevation through ECG examination, were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy, while patients in the observation group were treated by Sbenmai injection combined with uroki- nase. Tbe patients＇cardiac function and clinical symptoms relief degree in the two groups were recorded and compared. Results：The cardiac function betbre treatment between the two groups showed no significant differences （ P 〉 0.05 ） , while improved after both treatment, and the index of ST - segment elevation, heart rate abnormality and death in the observation group was superior, less than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： Shenmai injection combined with urokinase is of great significance in the treatment of patients with acute ST - segment elevation MI. It can pro- mote the recovery of cardiac function and relieve the clinical symptoms, worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
