摘要
目的:分析中晚期食管癌并行放疗的患者营养支持的效果,总结营养支持的方法和护理要点。方法:选取2014年2月至2015年10月收治的中晚期食管癌并行放疗的患者67例,给予口服、静脉补给等多途径营养支持治疗和护理干预,分别于治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后1个月行血常规、肝功能检测,比较患者治疗前后体重、外周血淋巴细胞计数、血小板、红细胞、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平变化。结果:治疗后1周和治疗后1个月,测得外周血平均淋巴细胞计数、血小板水平较治疗前均升高(P<0.05);治疗后1个月复查外周血白蛋白、前白蛋白水平,较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗前后体重和红细胞水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:对行放疗的中晚期食管癌患者进行营养支持干预有助于改善患者营养状态、增强免疫力,值得临床推广。
Objective :To analyze the effect of nutritional support for patients with esophageal cancer in middle and advanced stage treated with ra- diotherapy, and to summarize methods of nutrition support and nursing keys. Methods: 67 cases of esophageal cancer in middle and advanced stage treated with radiotherapy eoncurrentty were recruited from February 2014 to October 2015, and administrated orally and intravenously for nutrition sup- port therapy and nursing intervention. Blood routine and liver function of all cases were detected before and after treatment for I week and 1 month re- spectively, with changes of their weight, lymphocyte count, platelet, erythrocyte, albumin, prealbumin levels before and after the treatment com- pared. Results: After treatment for 1 week and for 1 month, the average lymphocyte count and platetet levels were all increased, with statistical differ- ence significant ( P 〈 0.05) ; The albumin and prealbumin after treatment for 1 month were significantly elevated, with statistically significant differ- ence ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; there was no significant change in weight and red blood cell levels before and after treatment ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Nutrition support interention is helpful to improve nutrition state in patients with esophageal cancer in middle and advanced stage treated with radiotherapy eon- eurrently, enhancing immunity, so it is worth clinical promotion.
