综合护理干预在预防宫缩乏力性产后出血中的应用效果

Research on comprehensive evaluation of nursing intervention effect in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia

目的:对综合护理干预在预防宫缩乏力性产后出血中的临床应用效果和评价进行探讨与分析。方法:选取深圳市龙岗区第七人民医院2014年8月至2015年12月所收治的83例宫缩性产后出血产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,其中观察组42例,对照组41例,两组患者均予以常规护理,而在此基础上,给予观察组患者综合护理干预治疗,对比两组患者的护理干预效果。结果:经护理后,观察组患者护理效果的总有效率95.24%高于对照组患者78.05%(P<0.05);且两组患者在护理后的满意度和产后成功止血时间方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的产妇给予综合性护理干预,可以减少产妇产后出血的出血量,提高护理满意度,降低产后出血的发生率,值得在临床上推行。

Objective：To discuss and analyze the clinical application effect and evaluation of the comprehensive nursing intervention in prevention of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage. Methods ：83 cases of uterine postpartum maternal bleeding in the Seventh People＇s Hospital in Longgang District of Shenzhen City from August 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object, and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method, 42 cases in the experimental group, and 41 cases in the control group. Routine nursing care was given in the two groups, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on basis of routine care, with nursing in- tervention of the two groups compared. Results ：After treatment, the total effective rate in the experimental group （95.24 % ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （78.05 % ）, and there was a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and there was statistically significant difference in the nursing satisfaction and time for postpartum hemostasis between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing in- tervention in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding in postpartum hemorrhage, improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, which is worth clinical implementation.
