产科护理中采用整体护理的效果及对母婴健康的影响

Clinical effect of holistic nursing on maternal and infant health in obstetrical care

目的:分析产科护理中采用整体护理的效果及对母婴健康的影响。方法:选择2015年1月至2016年12月间收治的160例分娩产妇,按入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各80例;观察组给予整体护理,对照组给予常规护理;对比产妇的心理状态、孕产知识掌握情况和护理服务质量满意率。结果:观察组产妇的恐惧、焦虑与抑郁等心理状态评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),新生儿护理、母乳喂养与产妇保健等孕产知识掌握评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇的护理服务质量总满意率(98.75%)高于对照组(82.50%)。结论:产科护理中采用整体护理具有较高的护理服务质量,能够增强产妇对孕产知识的掌握程度,调整产妇的焦虑、抑郁等心理,值得在临床中应用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of holistic nursing on maternal and infant health in obstetrical care. Methods ：160 cases of pregnant women received in the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the admission sequence, 80 cases in each group. The women in observation group received holistic nursing, and those in control group were given conventional nursing. The psychological states, situation of mastering maternal knowledge, satisfaction rate of nursing service quality were compared between the two groups. Results ： The psychological states scores of fear, anxiety, depression in observation group were lower than those in control group（ P 〈0.05 ） ; the scores of knowledge mastered on neonatal nursing, breast feeding, maternal health in observation group were higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the satisfaction rate of nursing service quality in observation group （98.75 % ） was higher than that in control group （ 82.50 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Holistic nursing has better nursing service quality and can increase the mastering degree of maternal knowledge in pregnant women and regulate their psychological state, such as anxiety and depression. Holistic nursing deserves clinical expansion.
