The Impacts of Financial Investment by the Central Government on the Development of Colleges and Universities

我国高校的财政收入主要来源于政府的教育拨款,其中很大一部分是中央财政教育投入,该投入对高校发展影响重大。通过研究我国中央财政对不同层次和地域高校的差异性投入,详细分析其对高校和学生发展的影响,并从财政投入的施体和受体两个视角提出了相应的中央财政投入去向和我国高校的财政出路,以期能够为我国高等教育投入机制的完善和高校的发展提供参考。

The financial revenue of universities mainly comes from educational appropriation by government, especially the central government, which has a great influence on universities~ de- velopment. This paper researches the different investment in universities of various levels and areas, and analyzes its impact on the development of universities and students in detail. It proposes some corresponding suggestions about financial investment directions by the central government and universities＇ financial strategies in both the donor and aceeptor＇s view, so as to improve investment system in our higher education and promote universities＇ development.
