高校教师职称评审中存在的问题及反思--以A大学文科为例 被引量:1

摘要 高校教师职称评审对于调动教师教学与科研积极性,优化教师队伍质量,推动师资水平发展,具有积极的作用。本文以A大学文科专业教师评审为个案,采用文本分析和经验研究的方法,发现现阶段教师职称评审虽然已经进行了多方改革,但仍然有不够完善的地方,在职称评审指标体系、评审程序与评审组织方面存在问题并据此提出了改进策略。 The evaluation of college teachers' professional titles plays an active role in mobili- zing the enthusiasm of teachers' teaching and scientific research, optimizing the quality of teaching staff and promoting the development of teachers' level. This paper uses the evaluation of professional titles of liberal arts in * university as an example, adopts the methods of text analysis and empirical study, and finds that even though there are many improvements in the professional title evaluation, a lot of problems need to be solved. The author accordingly puts forward some improvement strategies from the aspects of the evaluation index system, the evaluation procedure and appraisal organization.
