契约式教育在高校学生管理中的构建方式研究

在国外,契约精神是一种普遍存在的价值观,已渗透到法学、社会学、经济学、政治学、伦理学等多门专业领域。以跨学科的研究视角,将契约的理论体系与研究成果导入思想政治教育学科"契约与契约式教育""契约式教育与高校学生管理契合的现实逻辑""契约式教育的构建方式"三个方面,探索契约式教育在思想政治教育中实现的可行性及构建方式,从而拓展新的教育理念,开发新的教育管理途径,构建新的培养模式。在更新传统教育模式、加速高校大学生道德观念形成、独立人格养成和身心健康的育成等方面具有积极的推动作用。

In many countries the spirit of contract is a kind of ubiquitous value, has penetrated into law, sociology, economics, political science, ethics and many other professional fields. From the cross-disciplinary perspective, the article imports the theoretical system and research findings of contract into ideological and political education, explores the feasibility and construction mode of implementing contractual education in ideological and political education from the following aspects. ＂contract and contractual education＂ ＂the realistic logic of contractual education and college student management＂ and ＂construction pattern of contractual education＂. All the measures aim to expand a new conception of education, develop a new approach of educational management and formulate a new training mode. There could be a possibility to build a new way to update the traditional education mode, to accelerate the formation of college students ＇ moral concept, and to cultivate independent personality as well as physical and mental health.
