摘要
针对现有常用输电线路防风偏措施的缺点,作者研究了新型柔性复合拦阻索防风偏方案,该方案在不影响输电线路正常运行的情况下,采用复合材料拦阻索,对输电线路I型绝缘子串风偏摇摆进行拦阻和抑制,从而降低杆塔风偏闪络概率,提高输电线路风偏安全可靠性。文中详细研究了该新型防风偏方案的技术方案。
Aiming at the shortcomings of existing common transmission line wind-proofing measures,the authors studied a new type of flexible composite cable-blocking wind-proofing scheme. Without affecting the normal operation of transmission lines,the composite arresting cable was used for the I-Windage swing to block and inhibit,thereby reducing the probability of flashover,improve the safety and reliability of transmission line. In this paper,the technical scheme of the new wind-proof project is studied in detail.
