The New Aqua Cooling Technology Improves Calendering Results for Paper and Paper Board

用于纸机和纸板机的低温压光技术是一种新的节能压光技术,相对于一般纸机的压光生产条件,新的水冷技术提高了压延效果。冷的和硬挺的纸页可以取得最佳的压光效果。用一个加湿器将少量的水喷到纸页表面,然后用空气干燥箱把水分蒸发掉,纸页表面乃至纸页芯层的温度有一定的下降。本文简要阐述水冷压光技术的原理与压延效果。

The low temperature calendering technology for paper and paperboard is a new energy - saving technology. It improves the calendering effect compared to usual paper calendering conditions. The better calendering results are achieved when the web is cool and stiff. By applying a small amount of water with a moisturizer, and evaporating it with an air dryer, temperature of paper surface decreases obviously. This paper introduces briefly the principle and calendering result of a new aqua cooling calendering technology.
