摘要 建立了用HPLC-MS/MS的方法测定地表水中丙酰胺的方法。样品经PTFE膜过滤后,采用poroshell 120柱分离,以甲醇和0.1%的甲酸水溶液作为流动相。采用外标法定量,该方法在0.2~10μg/L有良好的线性范围,检出限0.055μg/L,加标回收率在80~120%之间,RSD低于10%,适用于地表水中丙烯酰胺的测定。 The method via HPLC--MS/MS to determine the acrylamide in water was establishedin this research.The sample was separated by poroshell 120 after filtrated with PTFE membranes, the mobile phase was methanol and 0. 1% formic acid--water solution, quantitatived by external standard method. The method had a good linear range from 0.2 to 10 ppb, and the detection limit was 0.055ppb. Therecovery ratewasbetween 80 and 120%, and RSD was less than 10%. The method was applicable to determine the acrylamide in surface water.
