铁炭微电解预处理高浓度酵母废水

摘要 对高浓度酵母废水进行铁炭微电解预处理,研究了反应条件和反应机理。对进水pH值、铁用量、铁炭比和反应时间对处理效果的影响的单因素进行了试验研究,得到最佳反应条件为:进水pH值为3,铁投加量40g/L,铁炭比2∶1,反应时间3h,COD去除率可达40%以上。 In this paper, the pretreatment of highly concentrated yeast wastewater by iron-- carbonmicro-- electrolysis was studied, as well as thereaction conditionsand mechanism.Factors of pH, iron dosage, Fe/C and reaction time were observed in the experiment. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows, pH value of 3 ,iron dosage of 40 g/L, Fe /C of 2.1 reaction time of 3 h. The removal rate of COD was above 40%.
