基于系统聚类方法的黄河流域地表水利用程度评析

摘要 指出了随着社会经济的不断发展,黄河流域水资源可持续问题越来越凸显出来,不同省区,对黄河流域地表耗水状况不同,但同时各省区对水资源利用又有一定的相似性。应用系统聚类分析方法,通过选取6类指标,对黄河流域9省区地表耗水程度的距离相似性情况进行了评价。结果表明:青海和四川的距离相似归为第一聚类;甘肃、宁夏、陕西、内蒙古、山西为第二聚类;河南和山东为第三聚类。提出了要处理好生态系统和社会经济发展之间的关系,需要对二者进行协调,走可持续发展之路。 With the continuous development of social economy, problems of sustainable water resources in the the Yellow River Basin become more prominent.Different provincesand districts in the Yellow River basinhave different surface water consumption. Meanwhile, there are some similarities on the use of water resources in differentplaees. We adopted the cluster analysis methodto evaluate thedistance--based similarityof the surface water consumptionin 9provinces and districts, selecting 6 indexes of the Yellow River Basin. The results showed that. the distance--based similarity of Qinghai and Sichuanwas classified as the first cluster, that ofGansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia and Shanxi as the second; Henan and Shandongas the third one. To deal with the relationship between ecological sys- tem and social economic development, we need to coordinate the two aspects, processing on the road of sustainable development.
