重庆市渝中区城市剩余空间利用研究

Study on the Use of Urban Residual Space in Yuzhong District of Chongqing

指出了城市剩余空间是指没有得到充分利用,或者没有充分发挥其作用的城市空间,这些城市剩余空间利用率低下,严重影响土地的集约利用程度。以渝中区为研究对象,对城市剩余空间的概念及特性进行了分析,将渝中区城市剩余空间划分为平面型、立体型和使用不足型剩余空间,并且综合国内外的城市剩余空间利用案例,针对不同类型的城市剩余空间,提出了微绿地、空间改造和综合体等利用方式和相应对策。

Urban residual space is a negative urban space which is not fully utilized, or can not play its role, and the remaining space utilization rate of these space is low, which seriously affects the degree of intensive use of land.This paper took Yuzhong Districtas the research object, and analyzed the concept and characteristics of City residual space. The Urban residual space of Yuzhong District was divided into planar, three--dimensional and inadequate use of residual space.Based on the domestic and foreign city residual space use case, according to the different types of city space, we put forward the methods to use urban residual space including themicro green space, space transformation and complex utilization.
