大庆-俄罗斯混合原油触变性规律实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对不同比例的大庆-俄罗斯混合原油,采用流变测试方法对不同实验条件下混合原油的触变规律进行研究。重点考察降温速率、剪切速率、静置时间等因素对含蜡混合原油触变性的影响规律。结果表明,相比于单一种类原油,混合原油触变性发生很大改变,随掺混俄油比例增加,混合原油动平衡表观粘度下降,从结构破坏达到动平衡的时间和表观粘度衰减量逐渐减小,混合原油流动性具有很大改善。随着降温速率、剪切速率、静置时间的增加,含蜡原油从结构破坏达到动平衡的时间和表观粘度衰减量均逐渐减小,但掺混比例对动平衡表观粘度的影响变化复杂,存在非线性变化特征。 According to the different proportion of Daqing - Russian mixed crude oil, to study the regularity of mixed crude oil thixotropy under different experimental conditions by using rheologieal test method.The effects of cooling rate, shear rate and settling time on the properties of waxy crude oil were investigated.The results show that, compared with the single type of crude oil, the mixed crude oil has changed greatly.The apparent viscosity of mixed crude oil is decreased with the increase of the proportion of mixed Russian oil, and the time and apparent viscosity attenuation of dynamic equilibrium is decreased gradually from the structural failure, and the fluidity of mixed crude oil is greatly improved.With the increase of cooling rate, shear rate and standing time, the amount of time and apparent viscosity of waxy crude oil to reach dynamic equilibrium decreased gradually.However, the influence of blending ratio on the apparent viscosity of dynamic equilibrium is complex, and there are nonlinear variation char- acteristics.
