摘要
首先介绍了某船用润滑设备产生污染源的原因和过程、乳化废水造成的问题与处理要求,接着提出了两种处理方法:化学破乳与膜过滤综合运用法和以海水作为破乳剂的处理法,通过分析认为,这两种方法都是可行的,但考虑到船舶使用该润滑设备总有一定的空闲期,后者更适用于船舶,既节能又环保,因此,建议船舶总体设计所采用后面这一方法。
Firstly the reason and process of environmental pollution resulting from certain marine lubricating e- quipment and these questions caused from emulsified oil wastewater and their disposal requirements had been intro- duced, then two disposal ways were given: one is compositive disposal way of chemical emulsion splitting and membrane filtration, another is that of using seawater as emulsion splitters, finally through analyses it was thought that both ways would be feasible, but the latter way would be better for ships considering that the equipment would be used intermittently in ships, therefore it was suggested that the overall ship design institutes should adopt the latter way.
