摘要
辽河油田注水区块现有深部调驱颗粒类深部调剖剂存在耐温、耐盐性差,抗剪切能力低,高压下易破碎,在油藏内使用易分解,很难有效封堵厚油层内的高渗透条带,效果均不理想。为改善高温高盐油藏调堵技术,研制出一种悬浮凝胶颗粒复合调堵剂,主要是由聚合物、交联剂、悬浮凝胶颗粒等物质组成。该堵剂是一种带有分子柔性链的耐温、耐碱基团并且具强度高,韧性大的弹性体颗粒调剖剂,解决目前颗粒类调剖剂存在的问题,同时利用在油藏地质条件下聚合物与交联剂形成凝胶体系的携带液与悬浮凝胶颗粒同时注入,增强了调堵剂封堵效率,提高了堵水调剖效果。

The blocking agent is a molecular flexible chain of resistancing temperature, and alkali group and with strength high, toughness big of elastic body particles adjustable profile agent, solution currently particles class adjustable profile agent exists of problem, while using in reservoir geological conditions Xia polymer and AC Alliance agent formed gel colloidal Department of carrying liq- uid and suspended gel glue particles while injected, blocking agent seal blocking efficiency was enhanced, blocking water adjustable profile effect was improved.
