In order to improve the interfacial properties of reservoir water in fracturing operations, Fracturing Services Institute Petro-China R1PED-Langfang developed a new type of oil displacement agent-DL-15. This paper is related to DL-15's performances evaluation, D-15's oil displacement mechanism exploration and DL-15's appli- cation introduction. A series of experiments show that 0.2%DL-15 at 20℃ can reduce the Changqing crude oil in- terfacial tension to 0.061 mN ·m-L. And the interfacial tension could even reduce to 10-3mN ·m-1 by increasing the temperature or adding a low concentration of salt. Salt tolerance experiments and displacement experiments both show that DL-15 can still maintain a good interfacial activity in high salinity brine. Sand pack flood tests and core displacement tests show the oil recovery by 0.5%DL-15 is 10.6% higher than washing oil out sand and 9.04% high- er than water flooding recovery. The analysis of the DL-15 oil displacement mechanism mainly includes the pene- tration properties, the appropriate hydrophilicity and the low interfacial tension interaction. According the data from Changqing Oilfield application Guar Gum-DL-15 fracture-fill-extraction integrated operation dynamic production, DL-15 enhanced oil recovery performance is superior. And it can help more than 70% daily oil production before the previous injection-production pressure job.
