绿脓杆菌耐药机制及其治疗对策研究 被引量:10

摘要 绿脓杆菌为假单胞菌属中最为常见的一种机会致病菌,广泛分布于自然界中,可通过环境污染、交叉感染、内源性感染和医源性感染等途径传播,是革兰阴性杆菌感染中仅次于大肠杆菌、克雷伯菌的常见病原菌。绿脓杆菌、免疫功能低下患者以及特定发病环境构成绿脓杆菌感染流行环节。
