埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的疗效比较

Comparison of Efficacy of Esomeprazole and Omeprazole in Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的:比较埃索美拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月—2015年6月广州市南沙区妇幼保健院收治的胃溃疡患者120例作为研究对象。将所有患者以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组患者给予埃索美拉唑治疗。比较2组患者的临床总有效率、幽门螺杆菌转阴率、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率、幽门螺杆菌转阴率分别为96.67%(58/60)、93.33%(56/60),均明显高于对照组的85.00%(51/60)、80.00%(48/60),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为5.00%(3/60),明显低于对照组的16.67%(10/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1年,观察组患者的复发率为1.67%(1/60),明显低于对照组的11.67%(7/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用埃索美拉唑治疗胃溃疡,疗效显著,安全性高。

OBJECTIVE： To compare the clinical effects of esomeprazole and omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer.METHODS： 120 patients with gastric ulcer admitted into Guangzhou Nansha District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Jan. 2013 to Jun. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 60 cases in each. The control group were given omeprazole,while the observation group additionally received esomeprazole based on the control group. The clinical total effective rate,negative conversion ratio of helicobacter pylori,incidence of adverse drug reactions and recurrence rate of two groups were compared. RESULTS： The clinical total effective rate,negative conversion ratio of helicobacter pylori of observation group were respectively 96. 67%（ 58 /60）and 93. 33%（ 56 /60）,significantly higher than those of control group [85. 00%（ 51 /60） and 80. 00%（ 48 /60） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 5. 00%（ 3 /60）,significantly lower than that in control group [16. 67%（ 10 /60） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After follow-up of one year,the recurrence rate of observation group was 1. 67%（ 1 /60）,significantly lower than that of control group [11. 67%（ 7 /60） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of esomeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcer is remarkable with high safety.
